5. Install the hot-swap power supplies.
6. Reconnect the external cables and power cords; then, turn on the attached devices and turn on the
server.

Installing a hot-swap fan

The server comes with three 120 mm x 38 mm hot-swap fans in the fan support bracket at the front of the
server. The following instructions can be used to install any hot-swap fan in the server.
To rotate the front feet, do the following:
1. Carefully position the server on a flat surface. The feet (
to ease removal.
2. Press in on the clips to hold the feet in place; then, pry the feet away from the server. In some cases,
you might need a screwdriver to pry the feet from the server.
