#001 [ TX ] Document has jammed
Cause
• The document is trapped in the feeder.
• The document is not of a standard size or
thickness.
• An internal mechanism is faulty.
#002 [ TX ] Document is shorter than indicated
Cause
• The document is shorter than the length
indicated in [minimum] of [sheet dimen-
sions] given as specifications in the Ser-
vice Manual of the model in question.

Remedy
• Remove the document, and try again.
• Using a copying machine, make an A4/LTR
copy of the document to transmit.
• If too small or thin, use a carrier sheet
(document cover) to transmit.
• Correct it by referring to the Service
Manual of the model in question.
