##1021 [ TX/RX ] Call rejected
Cause
• Cause number #21 (Call rejected) arrived
from the network.
##1022 [ TX/RX ] Number changed
Cause
• Cause number #22 (Number changed) ar-
rived from the network.
Remedy
• Start a communication once again.
• Print out a communications analysis list,
and analyze it.
• Contact the telephone company or the ex-
change manufacturer to find out the nature
of cause number #21.
Remedy
• Check the telephone number for the other
party once gain, and start a communica-
tion once again.
• Print out a communications analysis list,
and analyze it.
• Contact the telephone company or the ex-
change manufacturer to find out the nature
of cause number #22.
