##331 [ TX/RX ] Remaining amount of ink in the BJ
Cause
• The ink sensor is faulty.
##332 [ TX/RX ] DRAM check error has occurred for BJ
Cause
• The DRAM for printer control is faulty.
• The system control board is faulty.

Remedy
• See the Service Manual of the model in
question to replace the ink sensor; thereaf-
ter, register the ink detection level once
again.

• Turn off and then on the power.
• Replace the PCB that includes the DRAM
used to control the printer.
• Turn off and then on the power.
• Replace the system control board.
