Cause
• The printer control board is faulty.
• The system control board is faulty.
##336 [ TX/RX ] BJ head temperature malfunction
Cause
• The BJ cartridge (head) is faulty.
• The BJ controller of the BJ printer control
block is faulty.
• The system control board is faulty.

Remedy
• Turn off and then on the power.
• Replace the printer control board.
• Turn off and then on the power.
• Replace the system control board.
Remedy
• Turn off the power, and disconnect the
power cord; leave the machine alone for a
while so that the head will cool.
• Replace the BJ cartridge.
• Replace the PCB that includes the BJ con-
troller.
• Replace the system control board.
