This appendix provides help on how to overcome problems when
using Neoware Image Manager with various systems.

Neoware offers various Technical Support programs. Check with
your Neoware representative.
In case of a problem with Neoware Image Manager, especially if
the product seems to work in some way (start booting but not fin-
ishing, boots completely but has "strange" behaviour), the first
thing to do is to check that you are not mixing Neoware Image
Manager components that come from different versions of
Neoware Image Manager. In particular,

are made to work together and will not work correctly

when used with components that come from another version of
