istry entry for the
NVD.SYS
At the client side,
NVD.SYS
in charge of communications with the Image Manager server. This
appendix describes the parameters that can be set in the registry
entry for the driver, which is located in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/Nvd
ip_address
This DWORD value specifies the address of the Neoware Image
Manager server used in this session. The value is set at boot time.
Changing this setting in the image will not change client behaviour.
Port
This DWORD value specifies the number of the communication
port to use with NVD protocol. This must be the same as the one
used by the server. Changing this setting in the image will not
change client behaviour.
