Image Manager
This chapter provides a brief description of how Neoware Image
Manager works.
Neoware Image Manager consists of the following main compo-
nents:
Neoware Image Manager Server
•
central management of Windows 2000, XP, XP Embedded, XP
Home, XP Pro desktops (diskless PCs or flashless thin clients)
from Windows/Linux/FreeBSD servers.
Neoware Image Manager Client Builder
•
a virtual disk off an existing hard disk drive.
Neoware Image Manager Console
•
of hard disk drive image servers and allocates configurations
and operating modes in a few mouse clicks.
Neoware UbiBoot
•
built that can be used across a wide variety of desktop hardware
configurations.
Neoware Active Cloner
•

dows is working. The Active Cloner enables very fast back-up
operations and allows for optimized image update processes
