1. Right-click on the SmartRelay 3 entry in the matrix to open the context
menu.
2. Select the Programming
3. Open the ▼ Type drop-down menu.
4. Select the "USB link to the TCP nodes" item.
5. Click on the Programming button.
Programming launches.
