5.1.2 Engine Oil check and change

③ First, add 1 liter of oil and run at low speed for about 30 seconds. Stop the engine and wait
for about 30 seconds, then slowly add oil to the "FULL" position on the level gauge.
④ Tighten the oil plug firmly so that the oil does not oozes after the engine oil has been added.
Excessive addition of engine oil may cause engine failure. If you put too much,
pull it out and keep the proper amount.
① For lubrication, attach the drain plug (oil drain plug),
remove the mission plug at the rear of the mission case,
and add 1.0 liter of mission oil (# 90).
After lubrication, be sure to tighten the mission plug to
prevent oil leakage. Be careful, not to overtighten the
mission plug. After the gasket (O-ring) contacts the
mounting surface, tighten it further by 3/4 turn.
① Before starting work, check the quality and quantity of
engine oil daily with the oil gauge attached to the oil filler
plug.〈See 3.1 Engine check〉
② Always add engine oil to the upper limit of the level
gauge.

※ The first time is 5 hours, after that each 50 hours
it , or every season, whichever comes first.
However, continuous work under severe working
conditions or high temperature environment
It is recommended to replace the engine oil (about 25
hours) and the oil filter (about 50 hours) early before
the above time is reached.
Prepare a suitable container to receive the oil, loosen
the oil filler plug, and then remove the drain plug (oil drain
plug) on the left rear side of the engine using the tool M12
(Oil can be discharged smoothly by loosening the oil filler
plug.)
② After draining the oil, firmly tighten the drain plug as
before and remove the oil filler plug.
