5.4 Inspection, replacement and installation of Blade.
■For your safety, please inspect the Blade and Blade stay before work.■
1) Since a sharp Blade is used in this machine, be sure to use the "Blade replacement
tool" supplied with the product when attaching or detaching the Blade for inspection
and replacement, never touch the knife directly with your bare hands using gloves.
There is a risk of injury.
2) Please specify all parts necessary for Blade replacement including Blade stay as genuine
products from the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover failures or accidents
caused by using non-genuine products.
3) If the Blade hits the root of a curbstone or tree during the work and is impacted, the
work is immediately stopped, and the Blade and Blade stay are checked for bends,
defects, and wear, and if necessary, please replace them.

4) If the Blade and Blade stay are wearing, cracks, bends, defects, etc., the Blade suddenly
breaks and fly out during work, resulting in serious injury or injury to the worker or

or wear, replace it every 100 hours or every 2 years, whichever comes first.

Remove the wheel cap, front axle retaining ring,
thrust washer, and tire. Use the screwdriver to remove
the front axle retaining ring. When assembling after
checking and cleaning, be careful not to forget to put the
key.

Clean the inside of the tire wheel. Grease and lubricate
the axle when assembling.
