5.2.6 How to clean the engine exhaust system

Exhaust pipe
Remove foreign matter such as mud and grass dust around the engine exhaust pipe by
blowing air.
Remove the debris that has adhered to the mesh guard, etc. at the rear of the vehicle
(muffler).
1) Remove each part after the engine has cooled down, and after cleaning, do not start the
engine without installing all parts.
2) Continuing to work with debris accumulated in the engine exhaust system not only causes
overheating, but also a rise in engine temperature, which can cause a fire.
3) Before each use, remove foreign matter such as mud and grass debris accumulated on the
exhaust cover and muffler cover.

5.3 Product Inspection and adjustment.

1) When inspecting, servicing, or adjusting work for each part of this product, Set this
machine on a flat surface with no obstacles around it, always stop the engine, remove
the key, and wait for each part of the engine to cool before starting work.
2) Make sure that each control lever operates properly. (At the beginning of each work)
3) The wire/ belt will stretch initially, so readjust it after a few hours of operation.
4) The wire / belt is a consumable item. If it is abnormal, replace it with a new one.
5) Move the machine for a while and check for abnormal noise and overheating.
6) Make sure that the bolts and nuts in each part are not loosened and come off, and
tighten them securely.
7) Be sure to reattach the covers removed for adjustment.
8) Please avoid excessive work for the first 2 to 3 hours in order to fully familiarize each
part.
9) Be sure to perform maintenance after work and regular inspections also.
