1.3.2 Operational precautions
1)
Be sure to sit on the seat, move the cutting height adjustment lever to the "move" position,
and depress (or lock) the parking brake pedal to start.
2)
Beware when turning and other operations on the slope. There is a fear of breaking the balance
and falling and injuring.
3)
On the slope, please do not perform unnecessary operation of shift lever and clutch lever for
safety. There is a risk of slipping, falling.
4)
When backward moving, please be careful that people (especially children) · animals · obstacles
are not caught in the machine and fall over due to a step, cliff.
5) When working around trees and walls, be careful not to get caught by the body, hands, legs,
pillars, tree branches, or wires.
6) When changing the cutting work direction, please check the safety in the front and back
direction.
7) Operate the work (Blade / Rotary) clutch after confirming that there are no people (including
Children) or animals, and paying sufficient attention to safety.
8)
Before doing the Clutch operation (Knife · Rotary), Please confirm that there is no person
(Inc. Children) and animals.
1.3.3 Inspection while working・stop・cleaning
Carefully remove the debris where the intake of cooling air, the clogging near the cylinder and
especially the debris accumulated around the exhaust pipe that becomes hot. It may cause an engine
seizure or fire.
Also, clean the inside as well as the outside. Also, clean the inside of the air cleaner and the dust
accumulated on the HST fan cover at the same time.
1)
When checking on during work, please be sure to stop the engine and using leather gloves to
protect your hands, after each part has cooled down.
2)
when leaving the machine be sure to turn off the Engine. Also, please make sure to park at a
stable flat area.
3)
When stopping the engine, please do the following procedure (for the applicable product).
① Apply brakes. ② Remove the key. ③ Close the fuel cock
4)
Since abnormal sounds, smells, heat generation during driving may cause fire, stop the engine
immediately and check and repair it.
5)
If a foreign object collides (bites in) during work, immediately stop the work (Mowing, Tilling,
etc.) and stop the engine. Be sure to inspect the Blade, Blade stay, Tilling blade
cracks or bends, and correct or replace as necessary.
6)
If you feel any abnormality other during the work, be sure to stop the engine before checking.
