A two-digit response is required. Both digits must be either zero or a
nonzero value as follows:
First Digit:
0 - RTM support not wanted.
1 - RTM without host support. The RTM log and Last Transaction Time
Indicator are displayed and reset on port O* only.
2 - RTM without host support. The RTM log and Last Transaction Time

non-distributed function terminals can display the RTM log.
Second Digit:
0 - RTM support not wanted.
1 -
End response time measurement when the first character is displayed
on screen.
2 - End response time measurement when the keyboard again becomes
usable.
3 - End response time measurement when a Change Direction (CD) or End
Bracket (EB) indication is received. (A CD in conjunction with a Read
command will not stop the timer.)
Response time measurement starts with recognition by the control unit of
an inbound AID request, for example, by pressing the ENTER key. The
second digit responses define the end of the measurement.
Nonzero responses to sequence number 127 cause sequence number 128,
RTM Boundaries and Interface Specification, to be displayed later in the
customization sequence.
See Appendix K in this publication for more details concerning RTM.
128: RTM Boundaries and Interface Specification (Configuration Support C
Only)
This sequence number (a panel) is displayed after the specification panel is
accepted and only if the response to sequence number 1271.s nonzero. See
Appendix K for details.
