0011 - Replace the system diskette with the load diskette.
Do not press the /ML pushbutton. (If you do press
the IML pushbutton, go back to step 3.) Within
5 minutes, the 8 4 2 1 indicator code will change to
1111 (all lights are on), indicating that modification
is successfully completed.
1111 - Modification is successfully completed.
If it has not already been done, record the changes made during this
procedure onto the IBM 3274 Configuration Data Card (Configuration
Support A, 8, C, T), GA23-0046, stored in the pocket inside the 3274
customer access door on Models 1, 21, and 31 or in the diskette storage
area on the front ofthe Model 51 C.
Be sure the 3274 is attached to the appropriate communication facility. An
IML of the 3274 may be initiated. During IML, errors may occur because of·
improper modification. The 8 4 2 1 indicator codes caused by these errors
are shown in Figure 5-7.
