Dual-Base version

The dual-Base version supports simultaneous acquisition from two video sources,
for a maximum of 24 bits of video data from each. When acquiring from
time-multiplexed video sources, a maximum of 32 bits of video data is supported
from each. The video sources can be frame, field, or line-scan video sources. Note
that the acquisition paths are completely independent, and therefore the video
sources do not need to be identical.
