14 TIPS FOR DRIVING ON PUBLIC ROADS
14.1

Warning signs and lighting

The implement must be fitted with warning signs and lighting if it is attached to the
tractor and to be transported on public roads.
Warning signs with lighting are available as accessories. They ensure that the im-
plement is properly identified on the road.
Two additional rear reflectors must be mounted at the rear at a maximum of 40 cm
from the outer edge on the roller frame of the soil-working implement to which the
Saphir is attached.

In conjunction with a harrow and/or ad-
vance marking, it is important to make sure

that the rear warning signs and lighting
system (1) are not more than 100 cm from
the end of the machine in the transport po-
sition. If necessary, the nuts (2) must be
undone and the warning signs and lighting
system (1) must be moved.
After doing this, tighten up the nuts (2) of
the U-bolts (3) again.
