9.2.4 Adjusting the tramline width

The tramline width must roughly correspond to the track width of the cultivation
tractor for spraying/fertilising.

As standard, the switchable seed wheels (1) for a track of 1.50 m are mounted;
they are connected in a switchable manner with the gearwheels (3) of the coun-
tershaft (4).
If there is another track, the switchable seed wheels (1) for the tramline control
must be mounted and made switchable accordingly.

Starting from the centre of the seed drill,
you measure half of the tramline width in
each case; e.g. for a track of 1.50 m, 0.75

to the right and to the left. On both sides,
you select the adjacent shares in accor-
dance with the measured values. Here, the
switchable seed wheels (1) with gearwheel
(2) must be mounted for tramline control.
Operation
