Once the hydraulic three-point linkage (1)
of the LEMKEN soil-working implement
has been fitted with the attachment parts
(2), the implement - which is supported on
the stand (3) - can be coupled up. With re-
gard to the version of the coupling parts for
LEMKEN soil-working implements, note
that the upper link of the hydraulic three-
point linkage is dismantled and the catch
hook (9) is mounted and secured into pla-
ce.
If coupling the seed drill up to a third-party
implement or tractor, you must also ob-
serve the operating instructions of the
manufacturer (of the tractor or third-party
implement). Once the seed drill has been
coupled up, the drawbar (4) of the imple-
ment must be secured into place using the
fastening shackle (5) and linch pin (6).
The implement must only be parked on an
even, solid surface when its seed box is
empty. It should always be uncoupled on
even, solid ground. Before uncoupling the
implement, place the stands (3) on both
sides into the frame tube (8) and lower un-
til the stop is reached.
