SETTING THE OUTPUT VIDEO FRAME RATE

DIP switches 6 and 7 are used to set the frame rate frequency of operation.
When DIP switches 6 and 7 are both off, the frame rate and video standard can be set
by either the menu system or VistaLINK™ only (i.e.: they cannot be set by the DIP
switches). The other two settings of DIP switches 6 and 7 allow setting of the frame
rate and video standard manually using the DIP switches only (i.e.: they cannot be set by
the menu system or VistaLINK™).
