1.7.3 Installation and removal of network module
WARNING
CAUTION
Before installing or removing network module, turn off the power and wait for 15
minutes or more until the charge lamp turns off. Then, confirm that the voltage
between P+ and N- is safe with a voltage tester and others. Otherwise, an electric
shock may occur. In addition, when confirming whether the charge lamp is off or
not, always confirm it from the front of the servo amplifier.
Avoid installing and removing the network module repeatedly. Any contact failure
of the connector may be caused.
POINT
The internal circuits of the servo amplifier and the network module may be
damaged by static electricity. Always take the following precautions.
Ground human body and work bench.
Do not touch the conductive areas, such as connector pins and electrical
parts, directly by hand.
