Select the FOX 4G matrix switcher and click File > Open. The Choose
Firmware File screen appears (figure 5-12).

Navigate to and select the new firmware file. Click Open. The Choose
Firmware File window closes.
N When downloaded from the Extron Web site, the firmware is
placed in a subfolder of C: Program Files\Extron\Firmware.
The firmware file must have a .s19 extension. Other
C
file types can cause the switcher to stop functioning.
