Di erentiation of DUTs through BIN Sorting
You can di erentiate DUTs by checking which BINs DUTs are classi ed into. To do this,
you need to set several combinations of upper and lower limits for a speci c frequency as
measurement parameters.

Editing BIN Table

This section describes how to edit a BIN table as shown in Figure 4-1.
