Instructions
Full strip-down required
– Remove handle, bumpers, and top clamshell (including PSU)
– PSU can now be removed from the top clamshell
– Remove handle, bumpers, and top clamshell (including PSU)
– Disconnect fan assembly from the main board
– Fan assembly can now be removed
– Remove handle, bumpers and top clamshell (including PSU)
– Disconnect the sensor flex cable from the main board.
– Disconnect P700 Carrier Board ribbon cable from the main
board.
– Disconnect the front USB flex cable and rear USB cable from
the P700 Carrier Board.
– Dismantle rear USB assembly.
– Remove the screws securing the P700 Carrier Board to the
main board.
– P700 Carrier Board assembly can now be removed.
– Remove handle, bumpers, and top clamshell (including PSU)
– Disconnect the sensor RF connections from the main board.
– Disconnect the sensor flex connection(s) from the main
board.
– Disconnect the calibrator assembly cable connection from
the main board.
– Disconnect the EMI earth wires from the calibrator
assembly.
– Disconnect main board ribbon cable from the front panel
assembly.
– Front panel assembly can now be removed.
– Remove front panel assembly as previously described.
– Use C-clip plier, flat head screwdriver to remove the sensor
flex assembly.
