Caution: Processor socket pins are delicate and bend easily. Use extreme care when placing the
processor onto the processor socket. Do not drop it.
18. Align the Pin 1 indicators of the processor carrier clip and processor with the Pin 1 indicator on the
bolster plate. Place the processor carrier clip and processor on the socket (see Letter I).
19. Assemble the Bergquist SS95407 applicator, Bergquist GF3500S35 thermal gap filler cartridge, and
Bergquist SS95437 nozzle as shown in the figure.
