the disconnected circuit (its voltage is relative low) and the red test pen to
the other end (its voltage is relative high). If it is connected reversely, the
reading will be negative but it will not damage the multimeter.
(6) Connect the power supply to the circuit and read the measured value.
(7) Turn off the power supply to the circuit under test. Discharge all
high-voltage capacitors. Remove the test pen and restore the circuit to its
original state.

Measure the Capacitance

(1) Click the Multimeter display window or press Setting key at the multimeter
area of the front panel to display the multimeter setting window. Click to
select and enter the capacitance measurement.
(2) Insert the capacitance meter attached with the instrument into the COM
end and input end of the front panel.
(3) Insert the capacitor under test into the capacitance meter, and the
capacitance reading of the capacitor under test will be displayed on the
screen.
Note: When the capacitance to be measured is less than 5nF, the relative
value measurement method can improve the accuracy of the measured value.

Measure the Resistance

(1) Click the Multimeter display window on the screen or press Setting key at
the multimeter area of the front panel to display the multimeter setting
window. Click to select
displayed as Ω in the multimeter display window, then enter the resistance
measurement mode.

test pen to the
