Grease O-ring, fit them to mono-block.
Tightening relief valve assy
: 3.5kgf m(25.3lbf ft)
Secondary relief valve assy
: 2.8kgf m(20.3lbf ft)
Gasket should be replace if cap nut and
rock nut on adjusting screw part are
loosened in order to readjust relief valve
set.
When readjusting relief valve set, check the pressure with pressure gauge. Setting pressure
value should not be higher than the maximum pressure of specification.
Relief valve assy should not be disassembled besides method mentioned earlier . You should
replace assy in case of any trouble with it.
Steering relief valve is not cartridge type. Don't disassemble it.
Don't add surplus load to the spool.
This working person is a person having knowledge of a forklift and hydraulic.
