When the spool for lift section is pulled forward, the oil in lift cylinder is released to tank due to its
own weight.
First the pressure in the lift lock spring chamber is released.
Therefore the lift lock valve is pushed up due to the difference pressure.
Flow rate for lowering is controlled by lowering flow compensator.
Maximum flow rate for lowering depends on opening area of spool.
