The steering wheel is not being operated, so control spool(G) does not move.
The oil from hydraulic gear pump(1) enters the port P of MCV and flow into steering unit(2) through
priority valve of the MCV.
The spool(D) of priority valve keeps downward position by spring force.
The control valve flow rate for steering system is decided by the demand of steering control unit.
