4.2. Connect the 10-gauge white wire (5) to the other large solenoid post, along with the red wire (9) from the
voltage regulator and white wire (10) from the starter/generator. Tighten nut (3) to 55 in·lb (6.2 N·m).
5. Replace the electrical component box cover (2) and screw (1) and tighten the screw to 18 in·lb (2.0 N·m).
6. Connect battery and spark plug wire(s). See Side-Post Battery: Connecting the Battery-Gasoline Vehicles
