LED
Description
RT
SERCOS telegrams received correctly.
Flickers in communication phase 4, if cyclical telegrams are being re-
ceived.
TT
SERCOS telegrams transmitted correctly.
Flickers in communication phase 4, if cyclical telegrams are being
transmitted.
Check the station addresses on the control system and servo ampli-
fier if:
- The LED never lights in phase 1
- The axis cannot be put into service, although RT lights up cyclically.
ERR
SERCOS communication is faulty or subjected to interference.
Lights brightly if communication is subjected to heavy interference or
is non-existent.
In this case, check:
- the transmission rate in the control system and servo amplifier
- the FO connection.
Flickers if communication is subjected to light interference. The opti-
cal transmitter output has not been adjusted correctly to the cable
runs.
Please check the transmitter output on the previous, physical SER-
COS station. You can set the servo amplifier's transmitter output
through the "SERCOS" window in thecommissioning software (cable
run adjustment via the FO length parameter).
