LCD Monitor Adjustments

Overview

This procedure describes how to adjust the LCD monitor for use with Vivid 7, software version v6.x and
newer. It also describes how to set up the Vivid 7 to the factory default for LCD use.
The LCD adjustment procedure contains two main tasks:
1.) Adjust LCD monitor
2.) Select gamma curve

Access to Adjustments

The adjustments of the LCD monitor is done via controls (buttons) on front of the LCD monitor.
On the LCD monitor:
Press Menu to activate the OnsScreenDisplay (OSD) menu.
•
Navigate by using the up/down arrow buttons.
•
Select by using the Return button.
•
Back up in the menu tree using the Menu key.
•
The AUTO and PIP keys should not be used.
The menu system has five main icons/menus:
• Input
• Picture
• MagicColorPro
• PIP
• Setup
