Top cover missing.
Module alignment mechanism
is not locked properly.
A communication problem
between modules was
detected.
Too many unit position
transmitter or detector
failures.
Database access error.
Details and Solution
2. Check the module interconnect
cabling and module power
cords.
If the controller module cannot
detect both a top and a bottom cover,
the robotic mechanism will not
move.
1. Install the top cover on the
bottom module in library.
2. Check the module interconnect
cabling and module power
cords.
Ensure that the alignment
mechanisms for all modules above
the bottom module are engaged and
locked.
1. Ensure that all modules are
powered on.
2. Ensure that all module
interconnect cables are
properly attached.
3. Ensure that the alignment
mechanisms for all modules
above the bottom module are
engaged and locked.
