Registering/logging in/updating the account
Register the Roland DG account if the customer accepts it.

When you register the Roland DG account (Roland DG ID), you will become able to use OnSupport more effectively.
You are to communicate with our OnSupport server in registering your account. An e-mail address is required.
How to update OnSupport

Connecting and managing the devices
C AUTIO N
When you make the management settings, you will become able to use "OnSupport Mail function" and the "Device
Firmware Update function". To update the firmware, you need to log in OnSupport with the computer with which you made
the management settings.

The safety against the UV light is assured for users having the UV light shielding measures in the apertural area and the
interlock feature that cuts off the UV light when the front cover is opened.
Never disable the front cover sensor.

Front Cover
C AUTIO N
Always keep the front cover closed except when necessary, such as when loading media. The front cover prevents direct
sunlight or illumination.
If the ink receives direct sunlight, the ink is solidified to cause some clogging problems.

Looking directly at the UV light may result in a serious eye injury such as "UV keratitis", "pterygium" or "cataract". UV lamp
