Print Head Replacement
12.
Disconnect the ribbon cables from the print heads .
NOTE
Make sure that LED on the carriage board is turned off before disconnecting the ribbon cables .

Remove the spring from the print head you are going to replace .
14.
Remove the print head .
NOTE
To remove the print head, pull it to the front and pull up .
