• Are any DTCs present?
DTC P0669
• The PCM monitors the PCM temperature sensor (integrated the PCM) signal. If the
PCM detects that the PCM temperature sensor voltage is 4.98 V or more, the PCM
determines that the PCM temperature sensor has a malfunction.
Diagnostic support note
• This is a continuous monitor (Other).
DETECTION
CONDITION
• The MIL does not illuminate.
• PENDING CODE is available if the PCM detects the above malfunction condition.
• FREEZE FRAME DATA is not available.
• The DTC is stored in the PCM memory.
• PCM temperature sensor malfunction

• Has FREEZE FRAME DATA been
recorded?
VERIFY RELATED REPAIR
INFORMATION AVAILABILITY
• Verify related service repair information

• Is any related repair information
available?
VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING OF DTC
P0669 COMPLETED
• Make sure to reconnect all disconnected

connectors.
• Turn the ignition switch to the ON
position (Engine off).

Yes

Yes

Record the FREEZE FRAME DATA on the repair
order, then go to the next step.
Perform repair or diagnosis according to the
available repair information.
• If the vehicle is not repaired, go to the next
step.
Replace the PCM, then go to the next step.
