Normal
If Normal is selected for the communications mode, it is possible
to communicate with host devices such as personal computers
with normal format via RS-232C.
MON (Monitor) Mode
Receives command inputs, but the reading results are not out-
put.
RUN Mode
Possible to input commands and output the reading results.

Select OFF or ON. (Default setting: OFF)
The number of digits are shown in bytes. A letter or a num-
ber is 1 digit.

None: No flow control. (Default setting)
RS/CS: The hardware performs flow control. Use a
cable that connects the RS and CS signals of
the V530-R150 and external device. Data is
transferred when the CS signal from the exter-
nal device is ON.
Xon/off: The software performs flow control. Data is
transferred according to the Xon/off codes from
the external device.
Multi Drop: Select when using with multi drop. Turns on RS
signals when data are transmitted.
Note When multi drop is selected, SYS/Multi drop is au-
tomatically set to ON.
