To upgrade and activate the HDX software:
Collect the license and serial numbers.

Obtain option key codes for the software upgrades and options for all the

codecs.
An option key code is the number that activates software or options on a
specific system. Polycom generates a key code when you submit the
license number and system serial number information.
For complete information about obtaining key codes, activating options, and
installing the software, refer to the Installing Polycom HDX Software and Options
document. To access this document, go to
http://www.polycom.com/support/video/index.html, click on any HDX model listed
under the "HDX Series" heading, and then open the document.
Log into the Polycom HDX web UI.

Enter the Admin ID as the user name (the default is

Admin Remote Access Password, if one is set.
Check your HDX software version against the version listed in the Release Notes
for your ATX system model. If you already have the correct version loaded, you
simply need to perform step
Download either the HDX software for ATX SDK version 3.0.3 or the

HDX software for ATX 300 version 3.0.3:
Go to the Polycom website at

In the Downloads section, click on the ATX 300 Version 3.0.3 link to

download the software for ATX 300 version 3.0.3 or click on the ATX
SDK Version 3.0.3 link to download the software for ATX SDK
version 3.0.3.
Save the .zip file to your system and then extract the files in the .zip

file.
Install the software:

For the Primary codec, go to Admin Settings > General Settings >

Software Update.
Click Next.

Browse to where the HDX software .pup file is located and click Begin

Update.
For the specific name of the.pup file, refer to the ATX Release Notes.
Accept all the default choices in the Software Update.
