Cleaning and disinfecting the circuit

"Cleaning" mode
It is recommended to proceed daily to the
washing and the disinfecting of the liquid circuit
of the unit.
After 13x on/off switches with no cleaning
in between a blinking LED appears in order to
remind that a cleaning of the unit is needed.
The "Cleaning" mode allows for the washing
and the disinfecting of the liquid circuit in order to
reduce the crystalline deposits and the number
of bacteria in the liquid circuit. A rinsing of the
circuit is then required to avoid a possible reaction
caused by the ageing of the solution or by an
unwanted mixture of liquids.
All the bottles and handpiece cords used
during treatment must be present during the
washing and the disinfecting of the liquid circuit
because the process is simultaneous for all these
elements. Remove the handpieces.
Circuit washing cycle:
• Prepare the bottle(s) with distilled or demin-
eralized water,
• Press the "Cleaning" mode selector,
• Select the bottle(s) to use,
• Lift the connector(s) and put it (them) above
a sink,
• Press the foot pedal to start the program.
Three "beeps" and the blinking of the con-
trol lamp of the "Cleaning" mode confirms
the end of the cycle.

Čišćenje i dezinficiranje kruga
Način rada "Čišćenje"
Preporučuje se da svakodnevno obavite
pranje i dezinficiranje kruga tekućine jedinice.
Nakon 13 ciklusa uključivanja/isključivanja
između kojih se ne obavlja čišćenje, počet će
treperiti LED žaruljica kako bi podsjetila da je
potrebno čišćenje jedinice.
Način rada "Čišćenje" omogućuje pranje i
dezinficiranje kruga tekućine kako bi se smanjili
talozi kristala i broj bakterija u krugu tekućine.
Potom je obavezno ispiranje kruga da bi se
izbjegla moguća reakcija koju može prouzročiti
starenje otopine ili neželjeno miješanje tekućina.
Sve bočice i kabeli ručne jedinice upotri-
jebljeni tijekom tretmana moraju biti priključeni
tijekom pranja i dezinficiranja kruga tekućine jer
se postupak istodobno provodi za sve elemente.
Uklonite ručne jedinice.
Ciklus pranja kruga:
• Pripremite bočicu/bočice s destiliranom ili
demineraliziranom vodom,
• pritisnite prekidač za odabir načina rada
"Čišćenje",
• odaberite bočicu/bočice koja će se upotre-
bljavati,
• podignite priključak/priključke i postavite ga/
ih iznad sudopera,
• pritisnite nožnu pedalu da biste pokrenuli
program. Tri zvučna signala i treperenje
kontrolne žaruljice načina rada "Čišćenje"
potvrđuju završetak ciklusa.

"Cleaning" modus
Geadviseerd wordt om het vloeistofcircuit
van de unit dagelijks uit te wassen en te desin-
fecteren.
Nadat de unit 13x aan-/uitgeschakeld
is zonder tussentijdse reiniging gaat er een
LED-lampje knipperen om er aan te herinneren
dat de unit gereinigd moet worden.
De "Cleaning" modus maakt het mogelijk
het vloeistofcircuit te reinigen en te desinfec-
teren om kristalafzetting en het aantal bacteriën
in het vloeistofcircuit te verminderen. Daarna
is doorspoelen van het circuit vereist om een
mogelijke reactie als gevolg van veroudering van
de oplossing of een ongewenste vermenging van
vloeistoffen te voorkomen.
Alle flessen en snoeren van handstukken
die bij de behandeling gebruikt zijn moeten
aanwezig zijn tijdens het reinigen en desinfec-
teren van het vloeistofcircuit om dat het proces
voor al deze elementen gelijktijdig uitgevoerd
wordt. Verwijder de handstukken.
Reinigingscyclus circuit:
• Bereid de fles(sen) voor met gedistilleerd of
gedemineraliseerd water,
• Druk op selectieschakelaar voor "Cleaning",
• Selecteer de te gebruiken fles(sen),
• Til het/de aansluitstuk(ken) op en plaats
hem/ze boven een gootsteen,
• Druk het bedieningspedaal in om het pro-
gramma te starten. Het einde van de cyclus
wordt bevestigd door drie pieptonen en het
knipperen van het controlelampje van de
"Cleaning" modus.
