Description:
Sets the response delay time value of a module.
Syntax:
~AARDVV[CHKSUM](CR)
~
Delimiter character
AA
Address of the module to be set (00 to FF)
RD
Command to set the response delay time
VV
Two hexadecimal digits to represent the
response delay time value in milli-second, for
example, 01 denotes 1ms and 1E denotes 30s.
The max allowable value is 30 (1Eh).

Delimiter character for a valid command

Delimiter character for an invalid command
AA
Address of the responding module (00 to FF)
There will be no response if the command syntax is
incorrect, there is a communication error, or there is no
module with the specified address.
