There will be no response if the command syntax is
incorrect, there is a communication error, or there is no
module with the specified address.
Examples:
Command: ~010
Reads the host watchdog status of module 01 and
returns 00, meaning that the host watchdog is
disabled and no host watchdog timeout has occurred.
Command: ~020
Reads the host watchdog status of module 02 and
returns 04, meaning that a host watchdog timeout has
occurred.
