5.7.5 SPRAYING PROCEDURE FOR ROUND AND FLAT JET AIR ATOMIZING

In this process, the spray product is fed to the nozzle pressurized to approx. 0.05–0.2 MPa;
0.5–2 bar; 7–29 psi. The atomizing air at approx. 0.25 - 0.4 MPa; 2.5 - 4 bar; 36 - 58 psi
produces a soft spray jet, which largely eliminates the problem of overlapping boundaries
at the edges.
