SPRAYING PROCEDURE FOR FLAT JET AIR ATOMIZING

In this process, the spray product is fed to the nozzle at a pressure of 0.05–0.2 MPa; 0.5–2 bar;
7–29 psi. The atomizing air at approx. 0.25 - 0.4 MPa; 2.5 - 4 bar; 36 - 58 psi produces a soft
round jet, which largely eliminates the problem of overlapping boundaries. The shaping
air allows modifi cation of the spray jet. There are various nozzles and air caps available as
accessories for the respective spray product and the discharge quantities.
