5.6 SPRAYING PROCEDURE
5.6.1 Spraying Procedure with Round Jet Nozzle
In the AirCoat process, the spray product is atomized under a pressure of 3-15 MPa;
30-150 bar; 435-2176 psi. With the help of an air pressure of 0-0.25 MPa; 0-2.5 bar; 0-36 psi, a
soft spray jet is produced. The spray jet size can be adjusted by turning the nozzle nut.
