Check that the bars from the upper safety edge
are placed on , not beside, the lower safety
edge (next to the control panel)
Remove the black corner protections from the
mirror.
Now the installation of the full height console is
ready.

6.2 INSTALLING LIFT FOR EXTERNAL PURPOSE

WARNING
Always use safety harness when working on heights
Note:
It is important to seal all outer joints (between wall panels, door frames, shaft
profiles ETC.) with silicone to ensure that no water is leaking into the lift.
All metal chips generated by drilling and sawing must be brushed away properly.
Otherwise, they will create rust marks.
Protect all surfaces after cutting/drilling against corrosion with protective pri-
mer and paint.

6.2.1 GENERAL

The pit in the ground floor shall, as normal, be 50 mm but there shall also be a slop in the floor outside
in direction from the lift to prevent water from flowing in to the pit.
The pit shall have drainage.
If necessary, floor heating.

6.2.2 MOUNTING TO THE WALL / BUILDING

The mast is normally mounted and fixed to the wall in the same way as an indoor lift.
