50 Hours Service - TWIN System Hydraulic Oil Filter Change
Always change the hydraulic oil filter if clogged.
Every 10 working hours, when the oil has reached working temperature,
check the filter for clogging. The pressure gauge (A) indicates the filter
condition.

Suitable for operation of the TWIN air system.

NOTE! This oil change is done after running the first 50 hours on a new TWIN system. Next planned oil change is after
500 hours or once a year, whichever comes first.
How to Change the Filter
1. Place a collection tray or a cloth below the filter (B) to collect waste
oil.
2. Unscrew the filter cartridge (B).
3. Fill the new filter cartridge (B) with fresh hydraulic oil.
For details on oil type, see "Suitable Lubricants" on page 145.
4. Apply a thin oil film to the cartridge seal.
5. Screw on the new filter cartridge into position.
6. When the seal is lying against the flange, tighten the filter cartridge
another 1/2 to 3/4 turn.
7. Check the oil level in the sight glass (C).
8. If needed, remove the filler cap (D) and fill oil until the oil level covers the sight glass (C).
The minimum oil level is indicated by the red line in the sight glass (C).

ATTENTION! Dispose of used hydraulic filter cartridges and waste oil in accordance with local legislation.
50 Hours Service - TWIN System Gearbox Oil Change
Run the machine for at least one hour so that the oil is at working temperature, prior to carry out the oil change.

NOTE! Do this oil change after running the first 50 hours on a new gearbox. Next planned oil change is after 500 hours
or once a year, whichever comes first.
The gearbox is installed to the rear side of the main pump.
1. Remove the bolts (A). The coach bolt (B) secured with a nut.
2. Lift up the platform floor and temporarily remove it.
The gearbox is located below the platform floor.
