6 - Maintenance

10 Hours Service - Spraying Circuit

Fill with clean water and operate all functions.
Check for leaks using a higher spray pressure than normal.
Check nozzle spray patterns visually using clean water.

10 Hours Service - Brakes

Apply the brake pedal and check the function of trailer the brakes.

10 Hours Service - Air Tank for Brakes

Drain the air tank for condensed water by opening the drain valve.

50 Hours Service - Greasing the Pump

Grease is necessary every 50 hours with 30 grams of grease into each
lubrication point, when operating the pump.
Also refer to "Greasing the Pump" on page 120.

ATTENTION! In order to avoid excessive wear, it is important to
use a recommended lubricant! Refer to "Suitable Lubricants" on
page 115 for more information.

ATTENTION! When greasing the pump MUST be stopped!

50 Hours Service - Transmission Shaft (PTO)

1. Check function and condition of the transmission shaft protection
guard. Replace any damaged parts.
2. Lubrication. See "Lubrication and Oiling Plan - PTO" on page 119.
