Outside Cleaning - Use of External Cleaning Device

Use the External Cleaning Device to clean the sprayer on the outside in the field as required.

ATTENTION! Before attempting an external rinsing, make sure the MainTank is empty and rinsed! Any liquid left in the
MainTank will mix with the clean water used for external rinsing!

NOTE! Approximately 100 litres of clean water in the RinseTank will allow approximately 15 minutes of rinsing (the
spray gun uses 6 litres per minute at 10 bar pressure).

WARNING! Never clean the sprayer if there are risks of contamination of surface or ground water! Choose a different
spot for cleaning every time to avoid spot contamination building up.
1. Check that the main ON/OFF for spraying is OFF.
2. Press
to enable suction from the RinseTank.
3. Press
to enable return to the MainTank.
4. Press
to enter the agitation menu.
5. Press
OFF
to close the agitation valve.
6. Engage pump speed to approximately 300 RPM or 560 RPM (depending on pump model).

DANGER! Before pressing
is correct and completely fitted to the filling coupler in its locked position. Failure to do so may cause risk of
contamination and injury from the PressureEmpty quick coupler lid being "shot" off when pressurized! If not possible
to fit the quick coupler lid completely, lubricate the rubber seal and the grip hooks.
9. Adjust the pressure manually to approximately 10 bar.
10. Unroll the hose from the reel (B), located in the boom centre
section.
11. Turn the ball valve (C) to position (D), to enable use of the spray
gun (A).
