Adjusting the End Stop

The end stop is designed to prevent the mudguard from colliding with the ParaLift, when fully deflecting the steering to the
left or right. A way to test if the end stop is correctly adjusted is to lower the ParaLift to a desired working height and visually
inspect the gap between the mudguard and the ParaLift, with fully deflected steering to the left and right. Make sure that
the mudguard is clear of the ParaLift within the whole working range / height.
μ
ATTENTION! If the mudguard at any height within the working range touches the ParaLift, adjustment is needed.
To adjust the end stop:
1. Lower the ParaLift to the desired working height and deflect the
steering just enough for the mudguard to touch the ParaLift.
2. Remove the 2 bolts (B) holding the end stop arm (A).
3. Pull the mudguard free of the ParaLift.
4. Move the end stop arm (A) to the correct position by selecting one
of the 5 pre-defined positions in the slot (C).
5. Refit the 2 bolts (B).
6. The rubber buffer (D) can be used for minor adjustments by
loosening the counter nut.
7. Fully deflect the steering and verify that the mudguard is clear of
the ParaLift, in the full working range. If it is still colliding, repeat
step 2 to 7.
±
WARNING! Make sure that both the left and right end stop are
correctly adjusted, to avoid any damage to the mudguards,
ParaLift and its components.
