Outside Cleaning - Use of External Cleaning Device

Use the External Cleaning Device to wash everything on the outside of
the sprayer.
1. Unroll the hose from the reel.
2. Engage pump speed to approximately 250 rpm or 560 rpm,
depending on pump model.
3. Set the suction SmartValve for
"Suction from Rinsing tank"
and pressure SmartValve for
or unused function.
4. Turn ball valve (position A) and clean the sprayer with the spray
gun.
5. After cleaning, close the ball valve (position B) again.
6. Roll the hose on the reel again. Close the ChemLocker cover.

DANGER!
Before setting Pressure SmartValve to
ensure that the quick coupler lid is correctly and completely
mounted to the filling stud in its locked position. Failure to do so
causes a risk of contamination and injury from quick coupler lid
being "shot" off when pressurized! If it is not possible to mount lid
completely, lubricate the rubber seal and the grip hooks.

ATTENTION! If the safety valve is activated, then lower the PTO
speed to minimize the amount of rinsing water being lost into
the main tank.

ATTENTION! If the sprayer is cleaned with a high pressure washer,
lubrication of the entire machine is recommended.
